You can play the entire game without creating an account or providing any personal details.

3. Local Storage of Game Progress

All gameplay progress, including your high score, game statistics (food eaten, levels completed), and audio volume preferences, are stored strictly locally on your device using browser LocalStorage and Android standard application sandboxed storage. This data is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any external server or third-party cloud service.

4. Device Permissions

Internet Permission (android.permission.INTERNET):
This permission is required solely by the Capacitor Android WebView container to load the local game user interface assets. The game engine runs offline and does not establish network connections to transmit telemetry, user information, or gameplay activity.

Local Audio / Custom Music:
The app allows users to optionally select audio files (e.g., MP3, WAV, OGG) from their device to play custom background music during gameplay. These files are processed strictly in memory on your device. No audio or media files are ever transmitted, copied to remote servers, or shared with anyone.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Snake Raja does NOT integrate any third-party tracking, profiling, or advertising SDKs.
• No third-party analytics (No Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.)
• No advertising networks (No AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, etc.)
• No third-party data brokers or marketing partners
The game is completely ad-free and free from user surveillance.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy Compliance)

Snake Raja is an arcade game intended for a general audience and rated Everyone (E). We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). Because our application does not collect any personal data whatsoever, no children's data is ever gathered or stored. 7. Data Retention & User Data Deletion Policy

Since Raja Games Studio does not collect, receive, or store any user data on servers, we do not retain any personal information.

How to Delete Your Data:
Because all game data (such as high scores) is stored purely on your local device, you have complete control over it. You can permanently delete all local game data at any time by:
1. Navigating to your device's Settings > Apps > Snake Raja > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Storage, OR
2. Uninstalling the Snake Raja application from your device.

8. Data Security

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted over the internet, your information cannot be intercepted or exposed on our servers. All local data is isolated within Android's secure application sandbox.
